The newly branded office!  Sienna Lynn Studio incorporates tailored, transitional details, with modern accents.  Perimeter glass carries natural light into the space, half-height walls create an open-office atmosphere, and flat screen monitors become focal points throughout.

Many of you have asked to see more of our 'before and after' photos on this blog.  Here are a few from the urban office project.

I had the opportunity to design a new office build-out in the Minneapolis North Loop neighborhood. Two non-profits merged together to form a new organization with new requirements and a much larger space. 

Sienna Lynn Studio worked with the client to integrate the diverse brands and work styles of two merging organizations.  The new space provides a dramatic entrance into the reception area, private offices, open workstations, bike racks, locker room, large and small conference rooms, and cafe that supports valued cultural influences.  Maintaining environmentally friendly, sustainable materials and technologies is also a main concept captured throughout the space.

Such a cool event!  Art-A-Whirl is the largest open-studio tour in the country. It’s a great opportunity to tour private artist studios and galleries, connect with the artists, and purchase original artwork.

Open to the public, Art-A-Whirl is free and takes place annually in Northeast Minneapolis, the third weekend of May.  Visit studios by foot, trolley, or taxi bike. Stop at local restaurants and listen to live music between buildings.

The interior remodel for Phase I of the Minneapolis lofts building is underway!

BEFORE: 

Levels 2-4: Remove ceiling grid, lighting and doors, add new paint color-scheme, custom sconce lighting, custom signage, elevator remodel, new graphic carpet tiles, metal base, espresso chair rail and doors. 
Next, some accents, decor items, and professional photos. 

Phase II will kick-off soon with dramatic updates to the first floor and lobby.
