I created a series of etchings from my sketches and photographs while in Scotland. This extraordinary tree captured my attention on the grounds of the Dalkeith Castle. It has seen many years...oh, if trees could talk!
And the "hairy coos" are so strange and amusing!
I really do Like the tree picture, still have it hanging in my townhome! It reminds ME of the witch tree on the northern most tip of MN in Lake Gitchegumee (Lake Superior) The Scottish Highlanders, or Hairy Coos are quite the sight!
