transformation

Sienna Lynn Studio completed an office building renovation in Bloomington.  Quite a transformation.  Check out the before and after photos...
Before:
(a bird feeder, plastic plants, a wolf...😄)

After:
(A sitting area with real plants, an angled wall to match the planter angle, new furniture, carpet, new neutral paint throughout and gray accent wall color)

bubbly

Bubbly, sienna lynn studio (acrylic on canvas)

This elongated painting makes a whimsical statement on a tall entry wall.
Paint colors from the adjacent rooms are blended into the canvas. The circle motif is light-hearted and playful, perfect for welcoming guests into the space!

transitions

I created this set of paintings to evoke a sense of balance, with an unpredictable rythm.

dark/light, sunny/cloudy, earth/water, rest/energy.

Life's constant transitions.

moss

During a run earlier this Summer, I noticed some cool tree bark. I stopped to take a closer look and decided to use this color scheme in a future project.
This project: a large wall hanging with woven sticks which will incorporate these small canvases! Photos posted soon...

"A Day at the Pond with Millie and Morton"

I created this series of circular paintings for a child's bathroom.

These whimsical characters add to every kid's favorite time of day: bath time!

tilt-a-whirl

This commissioned piece hangs in a master bedroom. Inspired by the nostalgia of my favorite ride, "tilt-a-whirl" is a fitting title for this painting (and sometimes my life in general)!

zoo crew

I'm working on a series of paintings called zoo crew. Rad rhino and hip-hop hippo are my favorites so far. The vibrant backgrounds and colored edges make these funky animals pop from the square canvases!

inspiration

Looking out an airplane window I found inspiration for a painting. Here's what I saw:
Do you see the tree pattern within the patch-work fields? It immediately sparked an idea for this painting, titled trust:
